[deleted post]Geez! Your hate is real. I haven't even texted about Sony's dominance. As a matter of fact I use Xperia 1. Sony Mobile wasn't doing well, who doesn't know- even Sony admits. However they are gradually righting the wrongs.
And if you don't know, their paradigm is harnessing the prowess of the various departments and producing products for "creators".
My only problem with the xperia 1 is, it doesn't offer many creative functionalities. The cinema Pro app limits you so much.

The leading big brands are there from building quality phones, best new technology, listening to their customers. Hence they have big sales numbers and profits. These leaders are investing heavily in the next trend of foldables.
Sony always just sits back for 2/3 years and follows the trend. Look how long Sony took with multiple cameras and Oled screens. The facts speak for themselves.

They are struggling with losses and lack of sales in mobile divisions.
Lot of Sony brand loyalists on this website yet their sales don't reflect the same story.

But those competitors choose not to do it, because they know it is useless. And they choose to jump to foldables.
Sony cant afford to implement foldable. 2020 still none.
Speaking about screen.. Oppo already has a working prototype of "under the screen" camera.
So sad.. even china competitor can innovate better than sony.
Sony can only wait.. and do nothing.

Just waiting to see some review of thus phone, if everything goes well I'm going for it.
Everything is really good about this phone plus I really liked the unique design and 21:9 aspect ratio of it, if only it had 5000 mAh battery.
