Sony Alpha camera!!! Seriously i can't believe my eyes, Mark II has captured my attention yet Mark III is even better, talking abt flagship ??? I don't see any competitors

Dengusoft, 20 May 2021Me thinks KoenigseggOh no definitely no. Because it is a High Maintenance Hyper-car. It may be reliable but only as long as handled well and taken care of as in regular maintenance. Definitely high quality but sadly cannot be matched up to SONY XPERIA for obvious reasons.

I am typing this with s21 ultra and been a samsung fan for a long time, but i tried xperia1,xperia 1 ii and really loved the design ... there of course many differences between samsung and sony phones, but something is sort of deal breaker for me is not been able to change the lenses while recording video on Xperia phones. Like while you are shooting videos you can't actually switch to wide from telephoto or from wide to ultra vide unless you stop the video and change the lense and record again. WHY???? Has sony phones always been like this on previous models ?
This is not the case on samsung or many other brands...

It limits the type of photo you will be able to shoot. I'm not sure that for most people the potential extra quality of the 1" sensor is enough to compensate the lack of versatility of only having that one wide lens

Unfortunately Sony is destined to fail, like always is issuing a phone way behind competition ... Xperia 1 III comes 6months after Samsung Galaxy s21 Ultra with the same specs... and 6 months delay is way toooo long for the mobile phone industry.

This is 21:9 aspect ratio which is allowing it to be as slim as it is. Which is comfortable to hold and for one hand usage. Is there a reason you want it to be wider?

Just saw the camera comparison of Sony 1 III and Sharp Aquos R6 on youtube and I feel Sharp reproduces real colors whereas there is oversaturation to an extent in Sony. IF those were actually from the two phones as claimed by that channel.
