      Already love it. Looks so good. Definitely going to buy it!

      Hopefully it will arrive before middle of July. I can not understand why Sony keep with this release schedule. Not many people buy a telephone mid-summer

They said it before that it's a gimmick. Man, I love this feature. It really gives extra emotion and feels when listening to music as it vibrates along with the bass especially when using a headphone. Sony really innovates. I might use another phone like an apple but I would never miss a Sony phone.

          Anyone that owns a Sony premium phone. For How much time and how often do they update their phones.? Are they like Samsung or like huawei. Huawei being the worst and Samsung maybe the best in the matter for android phones

              I think the class and the quality in Sony is something you never going to have in must of the other brands .

                  Vivo X30 pro is great to compare with this one: x30pro: all fov raw, EAF, jack, hi res stills, 1/3 price..
                  1III: all fov dual pixel AF, Hi Res audio, better localization and new.
                  Though Vivo got great phones, they went jack-less recently.
                  Wish Sony went 7"+ though, maybe when they will fold it...

                    What I really appreciate about this phone is the inclusion of the 3.5mm Audio Jack and at least a Hybrid SIM Slot which is pretty much extinct in Flagships these days.
                    But what I'm always worried about is the Terrible Pricing of Sony phones.
                    If they are able to price it around ₹60,000 - 70,000 ($800-930), then this would be a Fantabulous offering from Sony (which I understand is impossible coming from Sony), with 4K Display and Variable Telephoto !
                    But there could have been some necessary upgrades like:
                    4K@60fps for Selfie and OIS (like their midrange XA Ultra phones) - Equal importance given to Selfie as well
                    Remove unwanted TOF sensor and provide it at the Front for a more secure biometrics (like iPhones)
                    Under-display Fingerprint Sensor
                    Higher Charging - 65W for current standards
                    Most importantly - consistent Software Updates support.

                            Tell me 1 reason to buy this over oppo find x3 pro. I know what I get with x3pro as I use currently x2pro. Xperia 1 II was disaster why the III will be huge step? With questionable (not announced) brightness of the screen, also slow charging, small main camera sensors! And small and tall screen.

Have you not heard that Samsung is working on a 600 MP camera sensor? Have you not heard the human eye can see up to 500 MP? Have you not heard expensive DSLR cameras have much more MP than 12 MP resolution? There are DSLR cameras with 100 MP resolution. Show me one expensive high-end DSLR with 12 MP camera.
                                      And by the way when you have a Quad bayer or nonacell(9 to 1) option, you don't have to shoot always at full resolution, so what is wrong if sometimes I want to shoot at full resolution? If there would be no option to binned photos and you have to shoot at full resolution all the time it would be indeed nasty.
                                      By the way I am not a hater, so don't worry, I just said my opinion. Trust me, in a few years 108 MP resolution will be old-school already, and even Sony will make phones with much more resolution than 12 MP.
