as for the versions of memory, it uses UFS 3.0:

for RAM, I'm not sure, It could be lpddr4x or lpddr5.
I expect it to be the latter since it's quite a high end model.

Note 4:
Sidesense is not gimmicky in any way, nor hard to activate, and is quite useful for 6 inch screen sizes.
Quite simple thumb Double tap, and your connections or multitask is at the tip of your finger.
Dont see how some reviewers had any problems activating it, other than deliberate misses for bashing purposes.
Its much more appreciated for one hand use than puling down twice to get to android connections, and straining to reach bt or wifi toggle.
Also much better than screen downsize option for same functionality.

Today it arrived. Beautiful device, and so fast. Haven't have time yet to do proper testing with it, but my first impression is: impressed. Solid device with Xperia specialties.

For me, ergonomically the best phony Sony has ever made was the Xperia Z3 compact. I still have it, but the build quality is poor and it has been falling apart for last 2-3 years. The 5 II on the other hand, looks like a tank and hopefully it will survive for many many years.
