Funny.
C'mon. At least the A series have MicroSD, a feature most mid-range Chinese phones don't have.

I feel somewhat conflicted about the new dual-camera setup. While I am happy to see the 1 Mk5's primary camera made its way here, I think Sony can keep the 5 Mk4's native 2.5x zoom telephoto camera. I know the primary camera can do up to 3x lossless zoom, but keeping the telephoto camera for Portrait photography won't hurt.
Other than that, it's the familiar Xperia 5 as always. I'm even surprised this new phone is shorter than last year's predecessor while still maintaining the 5000mAh battery.

The MSRP is HongKong is confirmed to be HKD,7499 (around USD964, without tax), I was the minority predict that no price cut will occur even 5V become a dual lens setup, and $ony proved me wrong by a increase instead of a cut, from HKD6999 (around USD900 before tax) of Xperia 5IV

No telephoto camera and a hefty price... Sony has gone bonkers. First PlayStation nonsense, then this. Someone needs to get their head out of their bum.

Sadly Its their phones dna now {overpriced-narrow} and i strongly believe they never have meetings to talk about sales and how to maximize them (they probably do but the outcome is stupid).
