they are pretty much the same regarding specs.
the differences are:
acro s does have a dedicated camera buton, which I appreciate, the xperia V has 13 MP camera, but after checking some tests on youtube, I saw that the sound of the video on V is lower.
I have the Acro S. I like it. I got it because of the camera button, I need it.
Also, the V has a removable battery, te acro S doesn't.

Always lag during playing the game like temple of oz and NFS..I switch again to samsung gs2 no lagging.
