I have purchased xperia acro s a month ago. Constantly deal with battery problems, fast drained. I am not satisfied with this kind of cellphone it make me troubles. I always charge my phone often. I applied power saving APP and running very minimize screen brightness level, turn off data traffic when I’m not using the internet, turn off GPS ,Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not using them to overcome the problem it’s still disappointed.

Just bought acro S 2 days ago. Beautiful phone! The battery only lasted 8 hours after first charged, but it gets better after I installed Deep Sleep battery saver and activated the power saver.

Its just normal if acro s heats up, most users of this phone experience the same thing... Usually, hd and 3d games can make it heat up fast...

i too got my xperia acro s...but the charge in my ph doesn`t want to stay it seems....i have to recharge it twice a day.....while playing games my ph gets heated....does using silicon cover heats up my ph??? plz someone help me in this issue....and another problem is my date and time doensn`t set automatically...i have to reset my date and time alwaz.....i love this ph too much...plz someone help me ....i will be very thankful...if u do soo...

this acro s is no doubt a very great phone, there is just this one thing i couldn't really figure out how to trouble shoot: i updated my phonebook list, i corrected names, updated numbers, etc. but i noticed that the phonebook is still using the OLD NAMES that i already changed when a contact has sent me a message or if they called. the contacts list wont use the updated names.... unliked every single phonebook contact, i don't know where else should i navigate in the system to correct this very bizaare setting... really need solutions. thank you!

I just buy. very nice phone for the design and even for the features. the only problem i have, when the wifi is on, and the phone shut down, after restarting, the wifi will stop working. i mean if you want to shut the mobile down, you must turn the wifi off.

I had bought an S3 Mini but was not pleased with it.
The screen resolution on Acro S makes the difference.
My next phone will be Acro S.
You should go with Acro S too.
You will not regret it.

I am done memory tweak,and cpu tweak too! Screen dimmer! Totally safe to root your phone! But after that, u have to be careful what u are doing with your acro s! U can damage it if u are do not know what u are tweaking in the kernel or in the rom itself! But be wise!!!! Use holo launcher hd if u want a fast launcher! U dont need root acces for that launchr but your acro will performing fast as lightning due to you can change the speed in the scrolling! Root it man! Your phone will be good! The only bad thing happen,if you scew something that your phone will stay in sleep,so it will not power on or will be in boot loop. But do not be scared then...you can reinstall your firmware in SUS! sony update system! Root it! will be good! mine works flawlessly and fast as hell! and u can use button savior app to! Battery calibration...etc...etc

Use the app deep sleep battery saver ,and one power guard app! Use Dark wallpaper! do not use widgets and icons onscreen! Use zeam launcher! use screen filter too! Use task killers! You battery will last 2 days!!! Try it then u'll see my fried! Cheers!

gowti, 21 Jan 2013guys i got a new build number update 6.1.A.2.55Do not update till Jellybean comes out!!! But do as u want anyways... :) If u are rooted,u might loose your root acces after updating!
