I have Acro S and yes you can make video call via internet. I have tested Skype video call and it is working. I also use Viber to make phone calls via internet.

Acro S - got stand charger, water resistence which is cool, may upgrade to android 4.1, SL cant

this is the best smartphone that i ever had! it was on my pocket whole day during our island hopping tour and 90% of the time it was under water more than 1 meter deep while snorkeling and swimming. it survived the water and sands of coron palawan in flying colors!
