As such, your wet finger is very well a droplet of water. During rain, it won't work, as every droplet of water is gonna be interpreted as a touch :) Hope this helps.

I want either this phone or the Xperia S, in my country the price difference is like $60 dollars (Acro S more expensive), do you think it is worth the extra price?

I have my acro s almost month now. Very happy with it. Test its water proof in a big cup of wine, then washed it at sink jet. No problems (except it smelled bad 1 day). Main issues : Pictures are a bit noisy for a 12 mp. Video focalisation must be set at infinite, otherwise it will focus for a long time ruining y-r video. Pdf.s are a bit slow. Buy sd card 10+ or you will feel the diffrence in speed between sd and int. memory. The benefits are immense compared to the disadvanages. Incredible screen (screen protected from factory). Works flawless with browser and apps. Premium feeling when hold in hand (nice grip too). Ideall size (in my opinion), to combine screen size and pocket carrying + handling. In 3 words : I Love It! As for the battery, it took about a week for it to settle. The most i could squeeze from it was : 8. 30 AM taken from the charging dock. 3,45 hours of talking during the day, 2 emails, some pictures + a small movie of my cats playing :), browsing + youtube + lots of interactive themes from google play tested... etc. At 21.40 pm the phone batt. depleted. I think thats ok.
For those who want it, my advice is get it... no second thoughts.

Mohd, 11 Nov 2012(jian says battery drain up like hell)then how many hours c... morei charged my acro S at 9.45 a.m... took about 10 pics(normal + panorama).. on9 using wifi about 15 minutes, then standby.. now at 9.20 p.m, battery level at 83%... I think its good for android OS mobile.
p/s: No 3G, No blutooth on, brightness at 30%

but the video quality of xperia acro s is very good :D Much better than my Xperia Ray (which has 8mp camera)
I think this phone is good for making Short Films :D

which is better between xperia s and xperia acro s about camera and video quality ?
i can tell you that xperia s(cheaper) video quality is better than galaxy S3 (more xpensive)
galaxy s3 video quality is sharp but sometime jaggies, at white things is yellowish then texture of objects can be blur.
xperia s is bright and sharp enough (not too sharp), no jaggies and good in low light condition
how about with acro s and xperia s ??
