pls dont waste your money by perches xperia C4. it is a very very bad phone .....................................I have perches sony xperia c4 in march 2016 after 3 month of use I face touch problem and when I went to service center they suggest that display have to change .
I have submit phone for display change on 5 July 2016 , more then 20 days have gone but phone is still in same condition in service center . service personnel are manipulating me just saying that parts not avail .....................there is no guarantee when i will get my mobile back....................

and how many days takes to reach at you z5 phone after confirming of z5 phone offer ?

please guys don't buy sony xperia C4..It is the worst phone I have ever seen..touchscreen gone dead after few months of purchasing..no support from any centre and don't buy it from ebay..ebay is the worst site I have ever experienced in e-buying..they just give fake promises of delivery and don't even hastitate to give a false information,they gives fake tracking IDs and for perticular this Sony Xperia c4 don't buy this bullshit ,its totally waste of money and time,Shame on Sony that they can also produce the garbage and making fool us .i have been fooled. So please don't buy this phone..

please don't buy this phone guys! please! after 9 months touch screen is not working anymore. and i don't give a f*ck to go to their service center because again i don't want to waste money, time, and patience.

You know what, I'm pissed off what happen to my SONY C4. I found out that the screen of my phone is NOT working anymore. I bought this last October 2015 and it is not yet paid in full because I bought this at Cyberzone. SONY you wasted all of our money. Shame on you! This complain? You will never give f*ck to your customers complain because all you want is money!

100% wrost im facing lot of problem with touch screen complatly like dummy im buying few months only have warranty more 6 months but service center not given response im use all most company's but this is the very wrost company i never sean

I must say , this is the worst phone that I ever came across. It's been few months that Im using this phone and the touch screen has gone completely unresponsive . It lags and overheats within couple of minutes even if I just use one application. There is no resale value and no matter how many times you get it repaired it will again give you the same problem . I'm baiscally stuck with this piece of crap . and also very bad response and service of Sony. no any time limit of service. Never gonna use SONY again for sure.
and my suggestion is please never go at sony. It's west of money and time.

Cheap cell phone..... Battery power low.. Stand by capacity only 3 hrs for day. .. . Don't buy dis phone I purchased 1 yr back... N in a yr I repaired 3 times in yr

yes folks there is a manufacturing defect in the motherboard of this model in few handsets so that's why its gives you the problem with the touchscreen and that's not repairable...
I myself gave my phone for repairing after repairing twice they replaced it with xperia z5..
that's just double the cost of this phone ...
