Guys
I face same touch problem on Xperia C4. Today i submit my phone to xperia center he is promise me when your phone problem not solve than he give me Xperia Z5 Dual.

I bought this phone in Oct 2015 in India. It was god mobile working fine till April 2016. Then it started giving me touch problem. Whenever I touched anywhere on touch screen it reacted at bottom buttons.
finally I gave device to repair on Jun 4, 2016. After following up with service centre for 20 days for display + touch replacement.
They finally replaced my phone with brand new Xperia Z5 dual

Hi guys...after 9 Mont..I also had a touching prob..zhldi update the firmware..or go to service centre..can any body help...I talk to service centre..they have been given me some codes...for check the touch and all..features..

I bought Sony C4 dual sim phone two months back, and now facing touch problem. It also misbehaving some times, make calls to various people one by one. I am not at all happy with this phone and decided that I will never go for any Sony phone in future. SO BAD PERFORMANCE. Shame of them.

Horrible phone!
I got this phone on September 15, 2015. By the middle of December, I sent the phone to have fixed because of both hardware and software issues:
1. Hardware: the LCD screen melted inside.
2. The screen became out of calibration (and was no way to use the phone anymore).
I had the phone fixed (2 month in service @ Texas).

Late April, again out of calibration (so again software problem). Sent the phone out, the service center moved to Illinois. They got the phone on May 4th, I got-it back today on July 27th!!!
Do yourself a favor, don't buy any Xperia phone if you're located in North America. An other think - I almost forgot: SONY won't fix any phone out of warranty! I'm so pissed off!

Very bad experience in 2 months all major hardware replace by service center from battery, mother board and touch panel , still in service center for again issue in touch.

hey guys i bought sony c4 dual since 17 days :D
it works very smooth after update 5.1 wishing better performance after marshmellow update .. i hadn't suffer from any issues except heating issue it's cause processor which is octacore and works smooth better than snapdragon 615 ... 615 lags more .. not as mediatek heats more .. camera.. touch screen ..speed .. everything is well .. battery draining also was a serious issue unless i bought 20.000 mah power-bank cause mediatek mt6752 or mediatek in general isn't good power saving processor as snapdragon but without power bank and with heavy use with games it lasts for a complete 1 day .. so heating issue isn't harmfully effective on mobile sensors ,battery , screen ..etc .. and isn't also serious issue to me .. and the reasone why it heats a lot and fast because the processor an battery are to close to each other so the mix of there temperature causes overheating issue .. overall it's very good phone .. by the way any power saving apps is consuming power apps ..cause when it works and hibernate apps and i don't know what they do in the mobile so they need power ofcourse to do it .. so they aren't what you thiink so close ruuning apps which in background don't use it for long periods active stamina and charge it .. and every thing is going to be well inshaallah :D

sandeep singh, 25 Jun 2016sony xperia c4 dual got some serious touch problems , i bou... moreFully agree with you...I bought this phone after my iphone 5 because of SONY brand name, now my touch is not working,also my front camera is not detected after the firmware update,all this after just 7 months of use,had to switch back to iphone 5.Not sure if its a hardware or software issue.But this is my last phone from this brand thats for sure.
