I want to ask if anyone had a problem when you made a phone call it turn blackout and only on when you connect the power supply..please anyone can help me?

Not happy with Sony c4 ultra. First I used T2 it was good.. heard the features of c4 sounded good n bought ,but from the day I bought it is giving battery issue n heating problem. N the service centre n the mob dealer is not agreeing with the issue . By afternoon the battery remains by 10 percent. N if i use any app like camera, fb or whats app the instrument is heated within fraction of minute. It's been fifteen days I have bought the phone I am just making the job sheets n submitting the phone thrice within these fifteen days. Sony service has become very poor. They do sent respect the customer . Now I shudnt recommend sony product to anyone.

its a useless phone.
my sony C4 was having touch problem within a week of purchase.
now,after 3 months of purchase,my phone had under gone handset replacement then part replacement,still problem continues...my request,please don't buy sony C4

Very worst phone in this range & class, battery issue,hanging when video plays. Is it possible to solve these problems or otherwise closes phone products fully from Sony soon.

Hello guys I just got my phone using it form approx 5 days awesome phone in love with the processing speed, camera, sound, loud speaker sound is so great it produce little base which other phone doesn't. battery timing is great front cam and rear cam is great no heating issue no lagging. This phone is awesome I would recommend you guys to but it....

I have a serious problem with the battery life. It takes over 3 hours to fully charge and drains within 12 hours. I wonder if this can be solved.

maybe some of complaints maybe they're using a phone is not original. but when you buy sony c4 original it very nice! and very fast

So far, so good. But I do have a little problem about this phone... It's about the Roaming Signal. My Data Roaming is disabled yet the Roaming Signal still appears on the status bar. Please send some helpful tips. I'm from Philippines.

Previously I was using Xperia E4 and it was really nice mid range phone and it was more than my expectations in terms of battery, camera, performance & durability. Now I bought this phone and I am in love with it. Super fast with great camera and crisp display no issues at all battery timing is awesome with normal use with WIFI more than two days of battery timing. All apps and games runs smooth and no lags. No heating issue. Such a slim and light weight device. I recommend to you to buy this phone.
