This phone has very poor ram management.. Please go for a 3gb ram phone! Facebook app uses over 100mb ram so lag is obvious!

after updates .. camera issues appeared .. main camera is blure .. bad light .. and very owful when you zoom in photos you take with main camera ..
any suggestions ?

Whats happening? fb app keeps on lagging and i cant even use it at all. I have 2 units of sony c4 both of it are having the same issue.

Hi, been w/ this phone for almost 1 month, had no complains except for the facebook and 9gag. Im no heavy user, use the phone mostly for browsing and partly gaming.. Now this what happened to the other apps;
-FB crashes always (i know its not the app tself cause i also have a different phone w/ updated app)
-9gag crashes and screen goes crazy when i play the GIF.
Guys pls help, so far i love the everyday experience w/ this phone

mayur, 28 Oct 2015its a useless phone. my sony C4 was having touch problem w... moreThis is the crappiest phone I've ever had the misfortune of buying as well as the lousiest customer service I've experienced here in the Philippines. Within 3 weeks of purchase, major issues with the touchscreen from being non responsive to sensitivity. Brought it to the service center in glorietta, the woman took the phone, re-set it and sarcastically told me issue was resolved, and returned it without properly checking. At this point I blew my top and raised my voice, which is when they took the phone back to properly check and told me they'll find out in 2 to 3 weeks if they will be able to fix it. 3 weeks later I got the phone back, touchscreen replaced. And now, another 3 weeks later, as of this writing, touchscreen is having the same problem. DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE. YOU WILL REGRET IT.

This phone breaks very easy and it only can be charged with its original charger big flat phone = breaks faster

Also when not at home. Screen brightness is still good enough at lowest setting for this phone.
Also important regarding screen: set screen time as low as possible.

True, however: only turn on extended standby and make sure extended use is turned OFF! Cause when in use the phone has to perform. When limiting the performance this causes operating the device at less efficiency which also means it uses the battery less efficient. This causes the battery to drain more quickly.
"#turn on low battery mode make it 100%"
At 100% this function is worthless cause it doesn't remember changing settings. Better make it 20%. Above 20, turn off your settings manually when done.

I m very happy with sony c4
has a lot of speed processing apps
internet browsing is fast
running multiple apps it s great
commparing with iphone it s worth the money
you canot find a better phone at this price
best choice ever.

For users who want more battery life can try these steps
#turns off any live wallpaper
#keep wifi bluetooth off
# turn off gps when not needed it drains the battery cause social apps frequetly use location service
# keep screen brightness at minimal when you are at home
#turn on stamina mode activation make it 100%
#turn on low battery mode make it 100%
Turn offthe mobile data option
# go to setting xperia connectivity throw settings turn it off
#use uc clean to regularly boost the ram
Xo not use clean master
#use greenify to hibernate the apps when you are not using them
#when you have a low network signal the battery will drain its normal it tirn airplane mode on or laeave it as it is
#turn image enhancement off, use it only when required
#turn of auto sync in available in settings accounts
#disable any social networking app that is pre installed which you do not use
#turn off domnload managers when not in use
# for overheat issue use uc clean just boot it regularly
#turn off mobile data when not in use
