Hi! Friends, My friend using sony c4 dual but He said no any problem but Here meny peoples are say complient but don't know and i'll also buy this mobile soon.plz tell about this divce.

worst ever mobile i have bought since introduction of cell network of india
touch screen is worst since day one,camera quality is worst compared to sony brand, unnecessary hanging of phone
and now the touch has stopped completely and the service center has given quotation of 6000/- to repair it as warranty is lapsed on 5 Sep 2016

Anonymous, 27 Sep 2016Which sim slot has 4G in xperia C4 E5363?C4 Dual likes many other phones with 2 sim slots. Both slots support 4G, however, only 1 sim can be used on 4G. This means, when 1 sim setup for using 4G, the phone will prompt that the other sim will be forced to 2G only (latest models can use 3G/GSM only).

Sony c4 camera and display quality is very bad .
Flash light power is very low .
so don't buy this phone .
But phone design is good !
Function not well !
My kindly request Don't waste your money please !!!

Connected to the PC and started downloading the update but , above error found. And its not updating.

very worst mobile . i have Sony xperia c4 dual mobile but after using few month mobile create hanging problem, auto restart after charging time , over heating, Bettye backup is not a good. its a very bad mobile .

AnonD-529271, 21 Sep 2016Updated to marshmallow yesterday. Works with no issue. Very... moreThis is what I said. The firmware (all brands) via OTA normally have few days later than via Xperia Companion. So, better to try connect the phone to Windows / MacOS by USB for checking the newer firmware.

Updated to marshmallow yesterday. Works with no issue. Very easy update with Xperia Companion. At first I search update in phone. But no update found. Then install Xperia Companion in my computer and connect my C4 dual. Then the phone detected and update notification arrived in popup. Then I press update and download begins. After download click next and then phone will be switched off automatically and update will start. After update disconnect your phone and start by press press power button. Then phone will be start and install apps automatically. Downloaded apps and custom settings will remain as it was.

manu, 19 Sep 2016very poor quality touch screen problemI have two C4 Dual (E5363). Both are no any problem on the screen touching. Actually, dont have any problem.
Well, I'm still very interesting to have the 6.0 upgtade.
