I have several issues with this phone like
on/off key does not respond
Touch pad malfunctioning...auto Touch /multiple touches happen automatically
but my phone was in warranty period ,hence all issues were resolved by service station They changed mother board and Touch pad and it's working well now
Touch pad malfunctioning was very annoying ..

to all the people who have faced touch problem
join the club..me too have faced a serious issue in my sony c4 3 times within a period of 9 months...all of a sudden the touch does not responds to our command..all the apps, call ui,notification tab etc will automatically gets open and close...only reply from service centre is that the "touch callibration software is not available for this handset..once it has been released the problem will be fixed" but later they said that callibration software is not supporting with lollipop...and all other silly reasons...now i have mailed to sony question.in@support.sonymobile.com...to claim me a new handset of different model..they asked to submitt the mob in service station
only a good thing is the response is good..so friends you too post a mail to the above mail id i mentioned...and try to claim for a new model handset....ther s no assurance from their side tat the problem will be fixed if MM is released..its only a chance

sony c4 is best price phone camera all the best but battery 🔋 backup is low but all things is better than I Love this phone...

This is probably the worst phone I could have ended up with. The performance is awful. It hangs up more often than not. Such delayed response and annoying lag from day one.The camera sucks. Battery drainage is high. Now it switches off whenever I use the call function. The call UI is corrupted. And it has barely been with me like for ten months. A sheer waste of money.

C4 is not supporting to sinhala Unicode with android 6.0 . Have any possibility to downgrade the android version from 6.0 to 5.1.1??

c4 is the best phone just like any other, but it will depend on how careful you are with it and again nothing is always permanent.

I am having touch problem in my C4, I had bought this phone about 5/6 months ago.
It's kind of annoying. I can call this ghost touch. I never touch the screen but it gives me feedback. I reset my phone one time.
