I charge my phone using 2A charger and it charges 42%-43% per hour (charging while phone off). The sony charger is too long to charge so I suggest you to use high output charger. It takes about 4-5 hours using sony charger while using high output charger it take 2h 45m.
The battery for this phone is pretty good for me. Web browsing with 3G drains 1% per 6mins - 6mins 15 secs with all Stamina Mode on (extended usage, extended standby) Always turn on the stamina mode because it great in improving battery life. If your battery still bad, do factory reset or software repair by PC Companion.

Just bought it 3days. Taking a long time to charging battery. 1hrs only 25%. 5minute lost 1% batt even not connect to internet.
