i hate this phone is a total trash don't buy it it's slow it's total hanging even you are texting whatsapp challenging your patience camera sucks and never focus that well front cam? dual core is even worse than the galaxy s2 which is dual core and that's why its only rm299

It can be disabled in the Play Store if I remember correctly. The apps that can't be removed are known as "system" apps and therefor cannot be removed normally (can be removed after rooting but I wouldn't recommend that if you don't know what rooting is becasue removing these system apps could cause major stability issues as they are built into the phone's opertaing system.) A comparison would be like Windows' Internet Explorer in that it's built in and can't be removed but can cause issues if it is.

after the upgrade of operating system, terrible things happen. messaging app does not work. i tried to delete all the messages but the phone restarted. cant even send nor receive messages. memory is always full. on the flip side, can view hd movies up to 3 - 4 GB files, no problem with the sound quality. internet is slow, but can be managed. the phone is good for call but will try to reset the phone in order me to text. note on the buyers - do not buy this phone if your intention is for gaming.

Amazing phone. Perfect size for people with small hands. This is my last month with the phone before I upgrade and it's still in perfect working condition. I think the only problem is the slow internet but other than that it's brilliant.

Had this phone for more than a year. It's overall very impressive based on the price. Recently the touchscreen died. Not sure if this is a quality phone or not..
