Precisely. I think the phone itself has great features, but the internal space is way way way too small for anything. People use many mobile applications these days on their smart phones, GPS, Instant Messaging, VoIP - which such little internal storage space, I can't use several applications and this can get very frustrating.

Phone is OK for the price. The worst part is that it on KitKat you cannot use the external card without a root. However this phone has only 4GB internal memory which is insufficient for anything.

Yes, the phone has USB-OTG support!! But I'm angry coz on twitter Sony official account says that the lollipop update will be only for the Xperia Z Family. I'm sooo furious!!

I picked up this phone because of the great battery life, and I knew that the combo snapdragon 400 with low resolution screen would give good gaming performance. Compared to my old Nexus 5 (RIP) battery life was fantastic, and games such as simple planes ran better due to the lower resolution screen.

However as others have stated the internal storage is a huge drawback. After setup and updating core apps from google play I was left with a couple hundred megabytes for my own apps, and was already getting low memory warnings.

By omitting certain core app updates and deleting demo videos I was able to "keep" about 500mb free. Unfortunately as we all know, a couple hours of web browsing and using google play music can easily use up this much storage for cache. Maintaining free space was a chore!

This also meant that installing larger games like san andreas or shadowrun, which would have been a joy to run on this phone, was impossible.

Because of this I had no choice but to return the phone after two days. A real shame because with even 8gb this would have been a perfect device.

I decided to go with a Lumia 635 instead, which was $70CDN cheaper. Because of the efficiency of the windows phone OS and it's ability to put ALL downloaded apps to SD I am much more happy with this device.
