Hi... I have a problem with my Xperia Go. Just had it almost 2 weeks ago. After using it for a day or so, i'm having difficulty turning the power screen back in a standby mode. I have to press it several times like 7 to 9 times before it opens. I was quite busy so i was'nt able to return the unit right away. I told the store to replace my unit. But they said that they only give one day if you want it replaced. I brought the unit to an authorized service and they said that the problem was the software. They fixed it but it was only good for an hour. I came back the following day and they said it was just the software again. After fixing it and after testing it for 5 mins, still the same problem. Now they said the problem is the power switch. Parts is not available and have to wait for 3 to 6 months they said. That means i'll be using the unit for that long, pressing it now and then everytime i will use it. Now what is the best possible way about this?

I've used both xperia go and sola....
both cost nearly same...
sola's screen resolution, display & hd video quality is much higher than go.
but floating touch is of no use...
atleast at present... it's slightly disappointing...
go:
go has best water proof ability among all the available phones... it's proven... no doubt regarding that. in GB it's cool to operate. no lagging...display is acceptable...
both r worth buying... both r special phones coz most of the other phones can't do what these capable of...

Installed the new update after I talked to customer care. If the update does not show up on ur update center then connect ur phone with pc n then update. It worked with mine

anyone here updated to ICS? is there any drawbacks..?ive heard a lot of drawbacks for ics like more lags, and poor camera quality...so i think Ill just wait for a while for a more stable ics version.
