first of all this mobile can never be able to play HD videos. bt if u want to play videos full screen, without loss of resolution, theres a way. first of all download and install a converter named "format factory". in the video section, select 'all to mp4', click output setting and chose "HD 1280x720 AVC wide screen".now there opens a whole set of settings that you can choose. now change these settings-
1. video settings- 854x480.
2. bitrate- 1800
3. sample rate-44100
4. audio channel
save these settings and convert the videos you want.
the converted files will play on the full screen with excellent quality without any lags. i have tried the above procedure,so u can trust me

Hello. I have a problem with my xperia J. Sometimes "forgets" ringtones sets for contacts and when i receive a call sounds with default ringtones.
Any ideea?

Hye there... I've been using this phone 4 the past 2 months... I hve no issue with it's lag on internet... The back camera are quit ok.. Except 4 the front camera... Which is very poor... For the battery, it is superb... No doubt on it... I think it is one of the greatest phone battery eva... I'm only facing the problem on it's keyboard... Sometimes i hve to restart it for almost 3 times daily... The keyboard always becomes hang even though i've use it 4 a short time... Can anybody please help me on how to manage this problem.... ? :-D

my xp j always stuck at lockscreen, when I press power button, want to unlock, but screen unrespond... what can I do? and who is same problem with me?

ungumirc, 23 Jan 2013I think you need to try super video. Can play many type of ... morehey bro. I also tried super video. bt it also fails. build version of my j is 11.0.A.7.5. is it latest or I update new.I m a videos lover.help yr

also I did this bro bt it shows that video can't played in hw. and in mx it slows. size of videos is approximately ,120mb. help bro plsssssss

I have Xperia J , im using it more than one month.
this mobile just blow my mind bcoz its battery backup is more than 4 days for normal use, and 2 days for continuous use, camera is ok, sound is normal, gaming & other software compatiblity is good,
im impressed due to its touch quality, its best to buy ,
its always better than samsung, coz samsung is a cheap quality of options when compared to sony

it hangs alot!! :/ im frustrated.. i cant even type properly.. i have to keep pressin the keys several times.. dont go for the phone .

sony xperia j is a slow phone. that disappoints me the most. buy a dual core phone. not a a single core if you want mulit-tasking to be better. unlike this single core, it comes with a slow respond of multi-taskin. i assure you that. so if you have budget, go for xperia P. not J.
