After reading many of the comments and reviews I came to know that its a bit laggy phone so guys plz tell me can we downgrade this xperia j to gingerbread 2.3.7 :) and may the lags goes off......or it may face some problems plz reply thnx:)

Just extract the file somewehere in your pc then go to the tool folder and find the .apk file then install it on your J.it's really 100% effective. I've tried it and my touch problem is gone like magic.

Updatable to Jelly Bean.
Cons
Poor Camera as compare to others.
No 720p video.
only 2 point multitouch.
overpriced.
Occasional Lags.
Then why this device have high ratings ?

When I updated the software of my Xperia J to 11.0.A.7.5 last Wednesday, the speed is better when I update it. but I am still observing my phone for a week if there's any problem on the device

I bought Sony Xperia J two weeks ago. All worked well during a week. Soon after update to the last version by Sony PC Companion, I found out troubles with the touch screen. I cannot receive incoming calls because the slider on the screen jumps back just after it started moving. On the Touch Screen Test display, dash lines appear. Full reset doesn't help. I tried resetting all that I found to the production settings. Nothing helped. I'm not sure is this a kind of well-known problem with touch screens or a defective software update, but I can't use my phone now and have to spent time for solving this problem.
