I updated my xj to 4.1.2 jb, it works well than it was in ics, but the problem I'm facing is, when it was in ics it used to show blue light wenever there is a mis call n unread messages, but now it shows blue light only for mis calls n not for unread messages, I updated in authorised sony service center. any one help..

Guys my xperia j is on 4.0.4 11.0.A.7.8 and its says phone already has the leastes available system. Does anyone know why i cant update it and is there any safe way to update it on 4.1 ty. :)

I'm owning a Sony Xperia J and my ultimate problem is its low phone memory capacity. I can only install very few applications since not all apps can be moved to internal storage.

my problem with this phone is that the device memory is too low and not all apps can be transferred to internal memory/SD card.. another problem is sometimes the mic just won't work.. pretty sure it's software problem since i've tried sending it to service center for hardware check and all is fine..

ve been using dis phone for 5 months now, and its one of the best phone ve used.i just dnt knw y some people re just sayiny trash here.no lag,good battery and very very handy.

Xperia J is a very good phone, I tried it and it's working fine. Maybe your problem is software based, just make update.

Its very good ds one..I lyk it very much..BuT,I don't understnd why drs no number to identify how much u cost ,u know the way u send message and drs is 160 dts is one phrgraph..tru-txting..but is ds fone no!..dissapointing!!..

dominic , 13 Dec 2013I thought that your's XPERIA J is made in China. hahaha.Possibly it does not support the 3G frequency used by his carrier in his area. Same as SE Xperia Mini this supports only 900 and 2100MHz, and my Xperia Mini had this exact problem when ever I was in the place of my GF, no 3G on those bands on that network in that place, but my Xperia Z has superfast 3G in that same place due to the Z supporting 850 band. The 900/2100 3G limitation affects many low end phones and Xperia J is about as low as it gets.
