Does the ILLUMINATION BAR at bottom
always LIGHT or only during playing music and viewing images.

this phone is really awesome. but somehow my phone become slow since last week. i reset my phone also. but its still slow and i cant even type a text message easily. please someone give me an opinion to recover this problem. Thank you!
