Or u can go to consumer forum.. And u could have called sony and if they would have registered your complain and had they given you your complain number You could have claimed your new cell phone! Never let your rights!

[deleted post]firstly my frnd went to the service centre not me...and secondly all service centres are not helpful in equal way...my samsung too had non responsive touch and there are 2 service centres in my city..one told that it could only be repaired while the other after a bit of talking replaced me with a new one....and lastly do mind ur language while talking...as if you are the most intelligent prsn which actually u are not...

pavikhan, 09 Aug 2013go to apps in settings...open album app then click on clear... moreno dear.., I hv same problem too. but after clearing cache album screen appears blank.. after that i have to reset the phone.. and nw its fine.....
please dont clear album cache.. otherwise you have to face the problems

Camera is fine dude...not the best one around , but still u can manage with it.
Under normal lighting conditions the pictures are fine and even in low light they appear to be fine most of the times.
Sometimes the pictures appear to have some amount of noise and sponginess if the lighting conditions are a bit low.
I'ld term it as "above average" ( nd nothing above or below it) and i'ld give it 7/10
And also i heard the new update has improved the camera quality. But i havent done the latest update so i dont really have a clue about it.
One more thing i'ld like to add is, with proper metering, iso and white balance settings u can improve a >bit< of pic quality. (dont expect drastic changes..it wont happen :D)
In the end i'ld add that camera is a bit of a disappointment as this phone was tagged as a Camera phone...[ but im fine with it, i dnt take pics with phones camera.. i leave that job for a proper camera]
