so xperia l should be at around 20,000Inr..

Xperia L -... morebecause WP8 is perfectly stable and work smoothly on 512mb ram n 1ghz dual core cpu.. but android j.b. still not stable on 1gb ram and dual core cpus.. thats why sony and samsung making phones with 2gb ram and quad core cpu phones to make jelly bean smooth...
WP8 didnt need Quad core.. all these makes sony and samsungs price tag high
xperia l work smooth with ice cream sandwich

I read its spec in gsmarena. It has the same spec like lumia 620. So its price should be under 15000inr.

2-internal 8gb and microsd up to 64gb
3-no any pc software is requird.. u can directly conect with pc
4-whatsapp, skype and many more apps are in app store

It isnt mid range prodct...it is made to compete efficiently in low end...its comprises..it doesnt even have gyro which shows it...regarding 8mp every compny sammy htc lg have a 8mp low product in 013 already annou
