Worst phone I owned, its only good for calls and not even that good. Its low quality, ear speaker is quite and you won't be able to hear anything even with modarate background noise, the cpu is weak you won't be able to play any mp game without it lagging, low fast charging and you don't get a fast charger included with it, pictures can be good if you can hold your hands still as a tripod, small amount of storage so you'll need a micro sd card, it's the same size as an 1080p phone but its only 720p with choppy videos if you watch online, filled with apps you won't even use a single time after you owned it for more than 2 weeks, Google assistant is janky and most of the smart lock features are useless, supports splits screen but in most cases it will crash your phone, its durable if you put it in a hard silicone case and glass screen protector, at this point I'm not nearing the end of the list and I'm telling you, I'm screaming at you. Buy another phone and skip this one, you'll enjoy it for a week then wish you never signed the contract

horrible phone, most of the memory is taken by software, then its pre-installed apps that you cant delete. could never update firmware, photos,music and videos transferred from pc cant be accessed on the apps that come with phone unless you reset to factory settings. it keeps telling me about memory running low and the only app I have installed is WhatsApp. only great thing about the phone is that when I got it on contract upgrade is that it came with the ps4.

Please do not buy this model from Sony... It is a waste of money. Own this phone for 1 year now. Very slow on everything. Camera is average. For gaming and video calling it will give poor experience. I buy this phone because of Sony name in which I trusted the quality but for now I am very disappointed.

Considering its quality/price, this is the best phone I had for over a decade.. I had it now for 2 years and dropped it many times and still working wonderfully.

I have had this phone for 2 years and I have been charging it up twice a day all I use it for is emails and social media and browsing sites and the odd updates to the phone

Maybe they got generic phone or clone or imitation . Mine does not take long to charge fully, updates are available. I don't regret buying it.

My old phone of two years was much quicker!!! Would not recommend this phone. Apparently it also has Sony compatible issues too.

It's a true opinion about l1. I bought this phone3017 Nov 10.good cameras.big display.fast network.in India especially inside place if little 4g connected place 4g working properly. But telling about batery too too bad. Draining fast. Taking morethan three and half hour for charging when we put from 30%.regarding sometimes so heat.not always.now my wife using. She told phone ok.

This phone is absolutely fine. I suspect the claims for both accelerometer and compass are not true as it can't run cardboard
