I've seen some people have posted negative comments about Sony Xperia M4 Aqua. Before accepting that, we need to consider about those facts in clear mind. I've been using Xperia M4 aqua since 1 year now, Its a good phone, which is worth for its price.
When compared with other phones (in the same range) in the market, M4 Aqua is a cheap and well performing phone. Its come with 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 Octa Core processor and 2 GB RAM. Its camera picture quality also good. The company says its waterproof boot, but it's not 100% waterproof. I've taken some underwater photos, after a few minutes it got restarted, but no issue yet.
In my country (Sri Lanka) we have Sony agent and service providers. So nothing to worry. I've got 2 years local and 1 year international caring warranty. But this can be different in other countries and regions. Especially in India, there are lots of defects and duplicated items. One of my brother bought a SAMSUNG S6 and SONY Z3 in March 2016, by the now both phones having lots of issues. So when you buy please don't depend on user's reviews. You must visit the shop and see who its good or bad. And also keep remembering to buy from a responsible dealer or agent. Otherwise you can't get after services and warranty claims. In the local market, there can be lots of shops, who is selling it cheaper than the dealer, but my advice is don't buy !!!!
If you have already bought from a such shop, please don't post any comments saying it's bad phone. Otherwise, you will mislead others who wish to buy it. And also when you compare a device, please keep in mind to compare with products in the same range. And also please don't say Samsung, Sony or i Phone is better, please please please don't depend on the brand. Check and review of your product in naked eye.

Did you buy it from India? Then no words to say. India has lots of duplicate and defect products. :o :o :o

hii guy I am use on sony m4.This is phone very 3th class phone in smart phone level.
me buy within 15day my start problem .. summit.phone near service center but center after phone 45day commpali.phone problem. but phone not complited. maintan. can be sumi.2n time in service center but no short out my phone problem .60 day reparing my phone (phone maintan.fees in phone warranty date.comapny total change camera.charging pin,Display,battery,motherboard and extra. amount is rupee.7850 chr.in service center but no maintan.my phone me 3th time summi.in my phone on service center.. plz guy's no buy any sony phone .sony company service is worldwide 3th class service.

after update my phone to marshmallow, I saw 'detect usb device' option on quick settings.But I connect my pen drive through an OTG cable, It wasn't detect.

I just bought this phone and the loudspeaker is so low. Even if with Clear audio activated. The sound is poor and low and distorted. i passed from Xperia E1 (which bring 100db) to xperia M4 and the sound is very low. outside sounds extermely low . and the bass is amplificated if you know what i mean . from the middle of the line volume to maximum line there is no difference , no louder all. This problem is on android 6.0.1 ,and in 5.0 :( you have the same sound as me? so low?

Hi all, i have a little problem with Sony Xperia M4 Aqua. I read so many opinions and nobody has problem with jumping screen. Example when im on Facebook or go to Internet my display is start to jumping,flickering and i dont know what to do. Does somewhone has same problem? How to solve this? Its anoying and im afraid its getting worse,when im on menu display little flicker and stuff like this..
