Just bought this Sony as it is consider cheap phone but with good features, such as; 4G, LTE, etc, as it is a simple phone. I don't care what people say, as i use to check and compare phones' spec than voices complain. Found this as compare to Samsung Galaxy J1, and my conclusion is Sony M4 for it is 5" as compare to J1 4.3" which fit me, at least 5".
Go For It and try anyway. Cannot rely on Samsung too long. M4 = Good phone..

Some happen to work, but others work with problem added into it. If cannot work, it is best to remove the apps completely. Your phone will soon become useless as you keep trying to use those useless apps. Most of the apps creator are not really a developer, expert; at all. There are some programs that can automatically create apps for the non-expert &or beginner people. Some even copy & paste to their apps as they are the creator. "Last Warning" by the phone who is now not happy you decide to install apps and what more is the phone internal memory will lock-up &or act strangely. Do write here when your phone give up on you. And you saying this phone is hopeless, just like others who had done something wrong on the phone, and said ...

The service will just ensure there is enough protection, which is why it took so long to repair. Items sold can not be replaced. This phone is consider cheap, so no point asking too much. If you are unsure, just talk to them what is done, so that it will ease your mind. People like your thinking, this will create a bad impression for the service staff. As doing this way will not help either way; for your and the service staff. Have a good chat and they may give you some advice or info benefit to you. Too many people think wrongly about service staff. I was working in service & technical dept, and i was in-charge of all warranty matter. Sometime, those technical staff will do more than you think. Your way of thinking, is like talking behind their back. This will return to you as "nasty customer" and service staff will not in a good mood to fix it right. Think first, act accordingly, and make your decision wisely. Don't bang your head against the wall. Friend.

Anonymous, 29 Oct 2015Sometimes when I use Internet my phone getting heated extre... moreFrankly speaking, internet surf, the phone tend to heat up; apply to most phone; not an issue. For camera, it will not work properly if battery is low; this is common. When charging the battery for 1st few time, in the beginning, make sure it reach 100% and indicate "Charged" then unplug. Note 99% may take much longer to reach 100%, as was reported by genuine technical report. After using a some time, the phone reaching below 50% - 35% need to charge. Never leave it to zero 0% as it may affect battery lifespan. Occasionally, if you need to hurry to go up, either take a "power bank" or charge as long as possible before you need to rush off. This will help you to have higher % battery power.

Heating problem, depend. 1. Do not put near a heat area, such as; on the car dashboard, or anywhere inside the car. 2. Click and hold the Home key, and remove those apps in the tray to close them. 3. Press the "on" button (on right side) to close the screen. Do it when finish using the phone. 4. Do not hold the phone on the hand for too long, as hand can create heat too. 5. Some common sense regarding heat, such as body heat...

I bought my Sony M4 aqua a week ago and ever since I updated it to the newest software it started to lag.. been reading a lot of post about the same issue but seems like the phone IS really laggy.. updated or not even updated it`s laggy.. but for some other great reasons I love the way the music sounds.. the bass is totally present manual equalizing or just push that clear sound plus? does the job perfectly also pair it with the bass build headphones and your good to go! plastic-ish build but feels premium. people complain about a lot of finger prints back and front but hey? all phones are like that especially front for you use it most of the time.. like seriously.. any other things about the phone great! display not bad at all!

Any happy users there?
Im really afraid if my father's M4 aqua may catch serious problems in future.Im afraid with the negetive comments and is also very sad and worried.
Now its facing heating problems and also network issues some time. :(
Will it be rectified after Android 6.0 update.

bought this phone earlier this month. my back panel got a bit lifted on 2nd day. im afraid that those back panel lifted causes my phone not to be waterproof anymore, so i sent it to our service center for a waranty, took almost a month, then i got it back yesterday. at first it look a little okay, but now it is back to the same problem. i dont know if they really change my back panel or just make it attach back. service sucks!! sony should replace my phone cause i just bought it not even 3 days. and btw, heating is really an issue for this phone

I unable to lock my installed applications.I tried of installing of all the applications like app lock,smart lock,etc.The applications are not been locked.But when open my locking applications(app lock),it shows that installed applications are locked(like WhatsApp) After doing my update this problem has started.Eventhough I done factory reset,still the problem is being there. Is there any solution to overcome this problem??Please suggest me if u have a solution

Sometimes when I use Internet my phone getting heated extremely and that time camera stop working. Battery also get discharge very fast.

Amazing that it does... moreSorry, I don't have enough memory space to install any games, but after 1.5hour of downloading data over WIFI, cpu-z shows next:

m4 aqua, 21 Oct 2015is it a problem when buying the 8gb series in m4 aqua......... Every one should buy this phone because winter is coming and it will help to keep you hot in this particular season hury up winter is coming.
