Had it for 2 day's and now is in service ..
Speaker went dead .
Battery doesn't last up to 2 days .,
It heats a lot on the back ,
And from 8 GB you only have less than 3 GB !!!

The Sony m4 aqua you think it just a phone. It will drive you mad with problems overheating shut down problems. Internet problems had this phone about 6 week and then all these happened sent back twice now . Do not get this phone my old phone which is 4 year old works better

The internal storage is actully 1.26gb after updating all the pre-installed apps. Also, it's hard to root it, which helps expanding internal storage with link2sd. Sony doesn't give you a code to unlock bootloader, as they did with other models.

The prob is only the heat. Everything else is fantastic for this pgmhone with this kind of price

Just purchased M4 16GB yesterday!! Heating happens when u hv connected phone with charger and still using the phone. Very Nice phone.. i will post my experience with M4 in coming days...

Hey.. after reading some reviews last week i decided to buy this phone since i was a sony lover.so i walked in to 2,3 shops in SL with an idea about buying this.but when i asked about m4 aqua they said; it had to be removed from the market for a while.main reason they mention was,more devices(about 80%) that they sold had been returned since different types of issues.it was not only the seriouse heating issue but also restaring the device ..etc.and they adviced me too not to buy this phone.while we were talking a guy came and complained about his m4 aqua that bought 1 week before,it happened infront of me.these kind of things were convinced me to give up the idea of buying this device. so i decided to buy my next alternative.it was samsung j5. it is a good mobile which the mid rangers can reached.its been 2 days and so far it works fine brothers. satisfied with it.

iam from nepal, my xperia m4 heats and drains battery, the sevice center said that its problem of lolipop so you need kitkat.
what to do and there is no notification, says uptodate

Had the Sony M4 Aqua for just over 1 month, yesterday callers could no longer hear me but I could hear them. Microphone diagnostic test failed, updates all to date, factory rest didn't work so off to the repairer as confirmed by Sony and phone provider :(
