P... moreNo gyroscope sensor. I bought the dual sim version. Felt that battery was not upto mark. Play real racing for 30 min and battery goes down by atleast 30%.
About the GPU, felt similar to adreno 320. No stuttering during game play, but some times the frame rate drops during game intro.
1 thing to be talked about in this phone is the processor. Absolutely no heating. Played games gours together but the phone doesn't even get warm. Cameras were ok.
Totally disappointed after noticing the absence if a gyro scope. Has proximity, light sensor, accelerometer, magnetometer and orientation sensor. Just 5 sensors. Even phones worth 10k INR get more sensors. Heard that the next redme note will get the same helios x10 for ~10k INR. Tried htc phones with the same heluis x 10, but all those phones have complete sensors. Nothing missing

Now waiting to collect back my phone . This will take 1 weeks or MORE as i have been told. They will NOT replace a new phone set but they will repair the Mainboard normally. Hope this problem solve fix after sent to repair. Will inform back after i got my phone

Just bought this m5 like few days, putting high expectation on this phone, installed reasonable number of common software without any games, the phone started to get hanging and rebooting few times a day. Now totally cannot be turned on.

This seems to be the only place with M5 reviews, so I will post here!
I purchased a Sony Xperia M5 E5653 phone brand new on eBay from Taiwan. I live in Colorado, USA, and have T-Mobile.
Issues
One issue I initially had was no mobile data worked. I had to choose a Taiwan service for it to start working. Then, I've been having several issues with the phone. The camera app would sometimes become choppy and the camera feed was not smooth. And sometimes the cameras would just stop being detected. Even if I closed everything running, the main Sony camera app would say that the cameras aren't detected. I have to restart the phone to temp. fix that issue. Also sometimes all audio would go through the ear speaker, not the big one, and that would require a restart to fix too. The newest issue is that the other caller could not hear me, speaker or regular, and this requires a restart to temp fix too... Honestly it feels like the Xperia Z2 was faster.
Should I warranty the phone??
Not Issues
The battery isn't that bad for me. I'm not getting the random turn offs and crashes like everybody else. My phone is fully up to date. Cameras are kickass. Speaker is loud. Really sucks they didn't do wireless charging on this one. also sucks because no easy charging meathod only Micro-USB, leaving me to buy those new cables that plug in both ways!

haha, 03 Oct 2015nonsense phone is very goodThe phone is actually very good. All other brands that are using the Helio X10 scored quite well in the benchmark, all are eligible to be called super midranger, I just felt the M5 is still very buggy at this stage. If update can clear all the bugs the M5 will be the best super midranger among all the helio x10s

mo3taz ahmad, 03 Oct 2015what is the problem in this phone and did u buy it ? The phone is not released yet in my area, however, after reading so many bad feedbacks about the phone from those who bought the phone I'm begining to have doubt if should buy the phone when it is released. GSM arena's review was right, the phone is not ready yet it is still so buggy.
