my phone is also 6months old and as like others I'd also experiencing problem with my sony xperia neo L, sad, bcoz I thought sony is a good brand trusted in terms of quality. I don't want to go to their center to ask what happened, just wish they will do some update through sony pc companion.

I buy this phone 6 months before and from 2 nd month itself its starts showing problems,till todays date i visited 4 times there sevice center had lots of problems every time come with new problem and they are not only software but hardware problems .bloody hell product please even don't think to buy it

need to reinstall OS. either give it to sony service center, or flash a rom of your choice...

Reinstall the software using Sony Ericson Update Service.
