menu>settings>app>look last tab named "all" and select the application u want..then click disble..
after disbled the app never work...if u wish to works again click enable in same position...

AnonD-89498, 15 Dec 2012I'm using this phone past 3months.. i got 3 android updates... moreif phone lags very much...u just clean ram properly by click settings>app>running tab(just stop the un wanted app)...this is doing easliy by installing a gud rated ram booster from play store..it will boost ur ram wen its needed.(click settings inside the app..and set the interval,threshold etc..wat ever u want)..
and one more thing move the app from phone to sd card if it can....(read below coments..one frnd told it nicely)..
finally u can disable the service of facebook,google puls,gtalk,map....or any app that u r not like to use..from the same window..that i said first (change the tab from runing to all)..(this is temporary disable optiion..u can easily turn on by click enable button..)
so these apps not again comes to ram memory automatically...
this is done in my neo l...i have no laging problems....updates are really gud ...and giving more performnace....please check all coments...i think it will help u....ok thankss....

tik tok, 14 Dec 2012the battery is charging when you connect your phone to pc..hehethat i know..u just carefully look what hapening wen the update process is started ...after downloading updates the phone changing its mode it flash semc device with out disconect usb from the phone ..(automatically). ..u can see the left bottom side of windows os.(one pop will comes)...and now this condition the phone doing the updates.this time no usb charging hapenig..and after updates phone turn on must needed battery charge..if it is not available the updates become fail....bcoz of this reason keep the battery charge above safe level before update the phone....

AnonD-89498, 15 Dec 2012I'm using this phone past 3months.. i got 3times android up... more hi tarak,
go to ->settings->apps->tap on SD Card tab->move all files that able to store at SD card :)
if you still feel lag, setting-> backup and backup what you need, afterthat, connect to PC and copy backup files to PC. then reset factory reset :D
after that maybe you need to install again what apps you use ... restore (if files loses, copy from PC again ) than install what apps you use most (most app cant backup )
after restore,backup, install apps, wait 1-2 mins and restart your phone, wait again 1-2 mins and try use it. :D

open skype app and go to setings check the videocalling option check box are marked..(enable high quality video calling)
start and enjoy>>>>>>>>
but a negative effect skype app not 100% perfect some time crashes....i think the nxt update will solve this problem...
use many other app... gtalk,tango..wich support video call option ..satisfactory...

NEW UPDATES FOR XPERIA NEO L
1. charge your phone above 50% (safe level)...(bcoz during update process takes battery charge..)..
2. install the latest pc companion from sony website..or update it if u have already installed...(bcoz if ur pc companion is not perfect update not work)
3.conect ur phone to pc via datacable..that u got ...
4.satrt pc companion by double click
5 it will find your phone and new window will pop up..telling that new updates for ur phone is available
6.if it not comes please click check update that comes under ur phones name upper side on pc companion
7.then continue update your phone...
8.it is very easy process..and new updates are good for ur phone..
