On the second slide you can find the ASTRO folder.
If you cannot find it, search for it in the Play Store and install it.
My Xperia P has it as a system app, i.e. when I bought the unit it is already installed.

Also take note that battery capacity is related to size (within same technology) so larger capacity battery is larger in size and very unlikely will fit inside Xperia P.
Also, most of the Chinese made insane cappacity batteries actually have much less real cappacity then indicated,
