Can anyone tell me if I can replace the original battery of my xperia p with a bigger one?
The largest i've found so far is a 1500 from mugen
Has anyone tried different batteries?

AnonD-16527, 05 Mar 2013no no no,,,,i have xperia p,,,this is awesm,,but,,,my frnd ... moreGrand is pathetic.... I mean it can't even play 720p mkv videos..... Xperia p on the other hand can easily play even a 1080p one.... Build quality of P is far better. Screen has better visibility under direct sunlight. Camera is also better. Screen resolution too.... I don't see what you saw in that brick of a phone.....

Jeno_jodi, 05 Mar 2013Tried that, but no improvement so far... :(Install BetterBatteryStats xda-edition (search on xda-forum) and see what's draining memory: Recharge the phone before going to sleep, unplug power cord and leave it on stand-by. After waking up, check BBS to see if DeepSleep was activated (longer red bar) if not, longest bar will indicate process that drained your battery.

BOT136, 05 Mar 2013Hi all, I have a question aboout this Experia 'P' after rea... more'Non-removable battery' means battery that is not easily replaced by user, but all these batteries can be replaced (with proper tool, and the right battery).

Easy way is to go to the repair center, and have you battery replaced, or you can do it by yourself (if You are comfortable with dismantling your phone).

But when it fails after its life cycle or anytime when you want to change it, you can get it done from Service centre. "They" have the means to replace the battery.
