I have an S3 and when I long press the home button, on the other key you can find the RAM manager and clear inactive and background processes by selecting "Clear memory".
How can we do that with this phone?
Is there an option to do that?
Where can I find that setting with this unit?

Will wait for JB. will repair when JB c... moreDo as you wish, but when you do JB upgrade (and it will take at least 2-3 month until it came to all regions) do the clean install (so that all programs will be uninstalled) and then install only programs that you really use often.
If you don't do clean install problems might arise again (or new ones might appear) because some programs (or combination of them) might make troubles with new OS.
P.S. Most of the problems people has after ICS update was related to upgrade and not clean install.

You don't need battery saver if you use Extended Battery Saver option and open/close WiFi and Data connection through widget or notification shortcut.
