And you will find detailed step-by-step explanation.
You can always ask here if you encounter problem.
Basically, you need to:
- root your phone (there is easy way also posted on xda)
- install CWM (also easy to do and explained on xda)
- download two files (JB kernel, and custom rom installation)
- install these two files through custom recovery
and that's it.

I sincerely recommend Honami MoonWalker HD V6.5 (on xda-developers forum) firmware for all of you who have problems with stock ROM.
Phone app is super fast (no hiccups while scrolling, no lags when receiving calls, sweep panorama is back...

Yes, I have crossed warranty period but I don't know how to root or flash or or install new OS.

Is it worthy to upgrade to JB? Pls suggest me.. ..

I have been using this mobile for over 6 months... Well I love this mobile... Yes, battery is a low, but it's alright am able to make it through a day..

I have used several camera apps from Google Play, but I don't remember if any of them had pause recording option. The onliest solution is to record several clips and then transfer it to PC and combine these clips into longer sequence. I think you can even find utility that makes this without using Video editing software.
Sorry if I wasn't of great help to you, but I use only stock camera App, and I am using camera rarely.
