@Mugund 1800 never works in mobile network, it is toll free num if u dial from landline.

ahsen karim, 31 May 2013if any body tell me how to upgrade os to jb in pakistan I wud prefer that u shud wait for the official update from Sony, do not try to flash it or sumthin, as it might harm ur fone.
Sony's update can b checked via PC Suite Software which comes with the phone, if it says that u already hav the latest software, it means u need a bit of patience.

Hi Guys,
I bought this phone recently . Just want to confirm with the time it takes for battery to be fully charged from 0% to 100% charge.
For me it takes almost 3hr 30 mins to charge it using my laptop and almost 2hrs to charge it using the standard charger given by sony with this phone.
is this Normal??

Are you sure these are your only 2 options? I would get Xperia Ion LTE model on amazon...go check it out.

Sanwar, 31 May 2013Obviously xperia p is faaaarrr more better than xperia j.Well, I wouldn't agree that Xperia P is faaaarrr more better then Xperia J, both have unique strength, but it's not easy to make decision.
Xperia P have little better resolution and White Magic tech, more RAM, much better camera, NFC and HDMI out.
Xperia J have micro-SD slot, a little better CPU (Snapdragon) and bigger removable battery.
Biggest disadvantage of Xperia J is only 512 MB RAM, while the biggest advantage is better (and user removable) battery, and micro-SD Card (for those who need it).

Basically you need: Flashtool (program for offline flashing new firmware, correct *.ftf file for Xperia P with JB firmware, and drivers for Xperaia P (downloaded through additional program supplied with Flashtool), little reading and understanding, and little bit of patience.

Hello everyone,
I'm using this phone from past 8 months and i'll have to say that this super sexy mid range smartphone is a best buy and i can bet on that. :)
It runs smoothly on GB and even on ICS, but i have'nt tried JB yet (will post my opinion about the update later).
Its been 8 months and i have'nt faced any problems yet except battery draining (10 hours battery back up).
Besides that, i'd surely recommend you to buy this phone! :)
