          What’s the point of this model? Camera lenses are the tiniest bi different from the 1 iii and it costs way more than that already very expensive phone

              Badly overpriced only 2x optical zoom camera, pathetic 8mp selfie cam, no snapdragon 888+, still sticking with that awful 21:9 screen aspect ratio. Used to always buy Sony phones however they haven't had any decent ones since the XZ2 shame to see them pretty much die off and there's going to be no reversal of fortunes with overpriced poorly put together phones like this sadly.

                      knew it, knew it, every other sensor is sh*t, Sony isn't the one to be abandoning processing software especially when they use mediocre sensors

                                JdRDMS, 26 Oct 2021Megapixel count =/= picture quality I know all you do is... moreCouldn't agree more. That is why even an old 12MP APS-C DSLR camera can still produce way better photo quality than any high Megapixel camera with pixel binning.

                                  Lol $1800 tf.

                                    Great to see more smartphone with 1" sensor. I'd be more than happy to take this over any smartphone with Quad Bayer camera sensor all day long.
