Good phone but doesnt have any open service.Only replaceable if your phone doesnt have any scratches in it or else even a small scratch they will not replace even if its in warranty.I faced the problem bought a new r1 with a problem on display even in warranty they are not servicing it so please think and buy the phone

Setting > Storage > Phone. Is there not available storage Memory Card? I can see there available only phone storage.

I got oreo update 2 weeks later after purchasing this phone. Because the server fetch your IMEI on their server to give you updates, and for this it'll takes some time.
No there is no issue now in oreo update because Sony already fix this in April. I already updated my phone to oreo 8.0.0. And it's work like butter. New UI, New app section, and most of no battery draining. Status bar is also changed with new look. Definitely you'll love it.
