Experia S :
1- lag lots and s2
2- only has ICS no jelly bean update
Samsung s2 :
1- smooth and never lag
2- samsung will give it jelly bean update
The spec is almost same but the price of S2 is best value of money

nish, 17 Oct 2012It has quality but Its not that loud...and xloud doesn't ma... moretrue xloud makes almost no difference :/ could it be the headset that you're using? i tried to use stock headset of ipod nano and it's better than stock headset of SXS. Or you can try to check the sound enhancements option (Go to Walkman > Menu button > Sound Enhancements)

the screen should be 40% as it is 4.3 inch and 720p so its obvious.
but for android sysytem drain i think that your phone is awake most of the time and not sleepin. check for some app running in background or may be anti virus causing this. hope it will fix the issue.
mine gives around 16-20hrs back up with normal uses.

Anonymous, 17 Oct 2012confused about s2 or sxs...which 1 is better guysits really about you. we can't choose for u, both has its pros and cons too. but for me, i went through war and hell for 1 week with myself trying to decide for galaxy nexus or xperia S with almost the same price. finally i settled with the XS and it turns out O-K. not too bad judging its battery life can last u for a day's of use. u gotta ask urself the question "what do i really want/care about in a phone?, is it the looks? battery life? performance? screen? etc.etc" so my conclusion is, XS looks bloody elegant, a high profile phone with blazing fast 1.5 GHz processor and the sharpest display on the planet earth. 12MP camera which is still rare in the market. but it has one of the lowest battery performance i've ever come across in the history of smartphones. also the viewing angles is a bummer if u're concern about it. touch-sensitive buttons are abit hard to press, might take u some time to get used to it.

I have a question for Xperis S owners - how durable is the cover for the Micro USB port? Does it get loose after some time? Will it last a full year of daily charging? I like the phone, it's almost perfect - but I have a long standing hatred for those port covers. They totally ruin the look when they get loose or just fall of and disappear.
