how does it take to update the firmware of SXS? Mine was .62 and im planning to upgrade it to.73 using PC companion, but the whole process took more than 4 hours? is my unit having a problem or does the internet connection is at fault. my internet speed is 10.0 mbps only. BTW the unit is not overheating. please help its urgent. tnx.

sony are technology geeks. the dual core acts better than the quad core in other mobiles. good job sony.

You are the first one I noted complaining color fading.

this cellphone is very nice, but i don't know why the battery is weak for this kind of phone?!
i wanted to buy xperia S but many of my friends told me to buy iphone 4S instead of sony, please think about battery of this beautiful cellphone.

Is there any app for this sony xperia s device which support the feature of video and photos at the same time which is available in htc one x and now recently launched samsung sg3 also. I think thts very cool feature to have and with sony's 12mp camera, this feature would go well....

i think (personaly) this is alot better than the s3 the screen is big but not too oversized,better camera,and better handling than s3(i think)..
s3 is not bad also but i dont think quad core is an advantage, cause it uses as much battery and in terms of speed xperia s is no way too far pretty decent enough'
samsung fanboys dont get mad this is m.o!

I bought xperia S from jarir bookstore jubail, ksa on APRIL 25th...the performance is very satifactory,but sony uses very low QUALITY plastics for making this phone.....my fone is white one,color of my fone get faded.... now my fone show a DARK color in the back side cover...When I get to the dealer aftr 5 days from the date of purchace, I got a very disapointing reply.....
This is frm my experience, so plzz think and check before u buy this fone

SONY is better than Sony Ericsson , and this phone is easily the best phone I've ever have, the display is unbeatable, no.1 in the World at the moment.
The only downside is the battery life, but that's acceptable because of the awesome screen
