This is and... moreDude I know every android phone have less battery life.But worst thing about this phone is that NON REMOVABLE BATTERY and also this phone possess very very poor battery in compare to its 1.5gz.Charging a phone 3 times or four times is a very bad idea.Keeping extra battery this is excellent.DUDE.Also no memory slot.Only 26gb memory user available..This cant be called as high end phone.lol........I want to kick hard sony on your
ass.Are you live in jungle sony...........I WILL PREFER LG OPTIMUS 4X HD.Package of more than 2000mah battery.gorgeous ips hd display.and REMOVABLE BATTERY AND ALSO HAVING OPTION OF external memory slot which can be expanded upto not only 32 but also 64gb card slot.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DUDE.

i really like this phone espescially the features tht exsist wit the phone....i only ope the battery will not be a problem justthe htc phones.

Sony just won't manufacture a cameraphone to compete with Nokia 808 despite they have obvious capability, because they have a competitive digital camera market to concern about, unlike Nokia.

yesterday I tried the xperia s phone and I can say it is one of the best phones available now but every one should should know some facts : in game performance part of vga power is used by the hd screen so when comparing the xperia s with some of lower resolution screen phones the xperia s might lose.
the 12 mp camera is on the top of the market of course only second to 41 mp nokia phone but as most of xperia phones due to small camera sensor the image will become grainy if you watch it fully zoomed unlike the galaxy and iphone.
but what really was very annoying is the 3 small touch buttons,below the screen some times you need to press twice to do the job,and to be fair I gave my friends to try that and we all had the same issue but of course this issue will disappear after ICS update because the buttons will not be needed.
things I liked in the phone : top built quality better than previous xperias ,nice design and the phone can stand on its side by its own so taking photos while you are in it became easy or watching a movie with friend is also a joy.
the screen performance is great with nice black colors and good out door visibility.
the pressing of the camera button while the phone screen is off will take an image in less than 2 seconds.
and lastly I liked the earth moon live wall paper.

This is the best android phone up to date, with good camera and display quality. Sure Galaxy s2 is still a better phone than this but s2 is a year old phone now, and Xperia S did a great job for being so close with the magnificent s2. But this would surely suck in terms of specs when s3 comes out, and Nokia 808 for it's camera, so i'll just enjoy Xperia S' moment while it still last. Sorry guys but imho, this is a phone that should've been made a year ago, then this would be the best.

I decided to buy the full package of SAR2,399 than the SAR2,100 because the full package is in fact cheaper. Accessories included are: car charger, the normal charger, HDMI cable, screen protector, headset+ear bud, 2 pcs NFC smart tags, Sony USB portable power supply, 6 months Internet 1GB per month, 50 SMS per month, 50 MMS per month and 1year Sony warranty. I spent almost all night last night to play my white Xperia S, lol. All I can say is that Xperia S is a gorgeous smartphone from SONY. The screen is incomparable and really gorgeous. Built is perfect really sturdy and very nice to hold. Browsing the internet is amazing you can read even the smallest fonts are truly readable without zooming. Camera is fantastic and the video. Bravia Engine and Exmor-R lens works really well. Lag-free thanks to its 1.5 dual-core processor that makes blazingly fast. I really love the screen because colors are so vibrant really unbelievable. Every single penny I spent for Xperia S is really worthy and NO regret at all. Highly recommended to all!

Reason why Arc S from Sony Ericsson won camera phone of the yr last yr from EISA. N9 was available and didn't win the award even though they had a 12MP camera. Reason being the technology and lens you use is more important than just how many MPs it has. Now you have Exmo-R, 12MP. Well done Sony
