I dont think it will b able to beat galaxy s2.
Reasons are...
1.s2 got amoled ++ screen
2. S2 got 1.2 ghz speed..can b lverclocked to 1.8ghz
3. S2 can b expanded to 64gb wid micro sd card
4. Finally made by samsungs.
Hmm apart from this..if u still want to buy this phone just for 12mp camera. Then better buya good degital camera. Lol

what can i say, continuous auto focus!!!, big internal memory with 12mp and secondary camera 1.3mp, that is cool. 30fps vid recording impress, but the coolest is the design..look like REAL ANDROID..haha

Sci-Tech, 15 Jan 2012for your information Adreno 220 is way better than Mali 400... moreThe Mali 400 is much better than adreno 220, my mate has the HTC Sensation XE and his cant even play many games on his phone because the GPU cant hack it and both phones run on the same resolution, FYI a GPU can run at different resolutions so if the adreno 220 is to run at 720P its gonna be much worse!! you can see the benchmark tests on GSMArena check the HTC Sensation XE review its got the benchmarks there, the only place the adreno 220 wins is browser speed but mali is fast enough, put 2 phones together the Mali 400 is impressive only the iphone 4s beats it

Taurtion, 15 Jan 2012Based on a research done by Qualcomm using an average of In... moreI think you have been reading the wrong reviews, on the benchmark tests with phones it shows Mali 400 to be second fastest after the iphone 4s, the adreno 220 Is miles behind, and my friend has the HTC sensation XE running at the same resolution and the games run on my s2 are miles smoother whereas the HTC can't even play some games without lagging

isn't the msm8260 snapdragon S3 and the adreno 220 too slow for ICS and games in general ? afterall the phone's got a 720*1280 screen resolution!!

As usual Sony(Ericsson) dares to put out nice and unique design. I really like it, too many is copying the iPhone-design.
It has killer specs with the 12Mpix Camera on top. My Arc is taking descent pictures in dark areas, and this one has next generetion Exmor R-sensor. I think this Camera will take the crown among Android phones.
Needless to say, I want it!
The only thing missing is the Xperia Plays dedicated gaming-buttons. =)

I hate the sealed battery. It's the biggest drawback of this phone. If Sony want a sturdy build quality, then why can't they just work with their camera division and add a flap like on cameras to slot your battery in?
