I even lost them:) floating touch is really cool if u browse through main browser, u cant feel its importance untill u use it..

I would not remove this sheet even I do not like to apply any protection to my touchscreen-devices. This one however seems to be a very special one (shatterproof/hard coated), so the already scratch-resistant glass is getting an extra protection. Have a nice day.

I'm facing a kinda weird problem with my xperia... the phone works stunningly well all day! but wen i keep it for charging (connected to my pc or the socket) the phone's response becomes very slow.... as in, the touch-screen also doesnt work sometimes... any idea about it??? planning to go to the service center in an hour... but if u ve suggestions, i might try it before going there... thnx a lot!

i bought sony xperia sola ten days before. its good i did not met any hanging issue, but the battery back up is less than one day.when they release icecream sandwich os for sony xperia sola.. anybody have idea about that.

I am the proud owner of this amazing handset. Using it for past 10 days and so far had no issues as some people has commented. Just the external loudspeaker is a bit low as compared to other Sony mobiles like live with walkman but apart from that it is a brilliant handset.

after looking at the unboxing video on youtube (Sony Xperia Sola Unboxing Hands on Review - iGyaan) my question seem to be answered. Indeed it looks like Sony has a second layer under the sheet on the top. The reviewer noticed that too. So now that this issue is clear people are saying that only high-end xperia phones have the Exmor R sensor. According to the manual it looks like the sola has this feature too. It would be nice. I own a sony tablet and this feature seems to make a difference.

Dear readers, in advance thanks for the info. I was reading the manual while I am waiting for the phone to arrive (order already placed). It reads on the manual: "A protective plastic sheet is attached to the screen of your phone when you buy it. You should peel off this sheet before using the touchscreen. Otherwise, the touchscreen may not function properly." I guess they are not writing about the "Hard coated shatterproof sheet on scratch-resistant glass." which is listed on the whitepaper/specs. My question to the owners. Is there a second sheet on the top (as usually on new phones) to be removed? Thanks for the answer and have a nice day.
