OMG! just got the phone 2 days ago. No regrets, everyhing is awesome, and the price is right. qt first navigation is complicated but you'll get used to it. browsing speed phoenominal. much faster than ipads. battery is ok. but everything is just perfec. its like sugar, spice and everything nice plus chemical x..........

for those who wanna buy this phone
1. the best GPU in its range, mali400 means u can play heavy games super smooth, like shadowgun, dead trigger etc
2. sound is not LOUD, if u want any phone with loud sound speaker, u r free to buy any Chinese shit
3. screen resolution or we can say quality is super cool, not too bright though, for brighter screen buy LG optimus black, I have it:)
4. battery?? tell me any android phone with AWSOM battery life, simply download JUICE DEFENDER for free from Google play
5. camra is really very good, but if u wants to have a super quality, buy any 10MP camera, its that simple
wants to know more then ask me about it, I have this phone for more than 3 months nd literally I am in luv with this phone, one thing more, no crashes nd hangs till now

AnonD-36212, 25 Jul 2012Actually Sola has only 320 MB RAMWrong... Sola has actually 512mb ram but only around 380mb user accessible. The other rams,(which you think is missing) is being used by the GPU(the video card). That's why sola can play great games. because it has a good GPU

I have planned to buy Xperia Sola!! Now after reading reviews, had a little confusion in going ahead. And worried about the perfomance of Sola particularly in sound and battery? Is it good to buy the same mobile or can anyone suggest an equivalent mobile with same features and price too? Please help and reply ASAP

You may consider the Galaxy S2, Galaxy Note, or the Galaxy S3 which are now provided with ICS 4 updates.

1) Galaxy S advance has more internal storage,16 GB vs 8 GB.
2) Galaxy S Advance has a OLED screen,which is very bright it also has more than 20% larger screen, 4,0" vs 3,7"
3) Galaxy S Advance has a lot of RAM as compared to Sola 786 MB vs 524 MB.
4) Galaxy S Advance has average battery capacity, but the Sola's is really low 1500 mAh vs 1320 mAh.
5) Galaxy S Advance has recent bluetooth support, but the Sola's bluetooth support is older 3.0 vs 2.1
Rest is up to you to decide which one you want.
