I have a problem in the proximity sensor, the screen doesn't close while i'm talking from the mobile ... is there an option to activate the sensor ? or there is a problem in the sensor so i should go back to the supplier ...

i have sola xperia and sometimes it stops,but the phone is on ,is working,yet if anybody calls you it is stoped.can anyone tell me why
