On screen time is just 5hr o so! Damn! :(
Tz wy too less actually!
Any1 with a better on screen time aft the .201 update?

i was happy with the software update because my phone really looks good. However there are some lags and hang after the update, i just this will be fixed. and i dont know if i just dont know or xperia sp doesn't save contacts in sim card>? or how can i save it there.

ZL or SP? earlier this month i thought of having the ZL instead of SP, but when purchasing time gets nearer my gut really asks me to go for xperia sp, which was my first choice. not a heavy gamer and i am not a picture kind of guy. the thing that caught my eye on sp was the illuminating bar, 1st thing that gave me second thoughts was the upgrade to 4.3 firmware .266, that made me look for other phones and then landed on the zl, but then sony released .201 firmware, and also went to a local sony store, it seems like xperia sp was calling my name. but since limited stuff i can do with the phones on display, i do not have any information if which heats up easily and which does not.

ANDRIOD, 13 Apr 2014hi, to all xperia sp owners and users..... i am willing to ... moreyou are actually correct this phone has a lot of great features and it's specs is awesome. I would agree that his phone is great and smooth. but the problem is not the phone itself but the updates that sony gave us. after the 4.3 update that's the only time that we had experience the problems like lagging and heating up. camera quality is good before and after the update. non removable battery is not an issue here. there are a lot of phones that uses non removable battery nowadays.
after sony releases the .201 update for 4.3 it still lag when you are using wifi or mobile data. so i would say the stock android 4.1 version is still the best for this phone.

AnonD-31388, 14 Apr 2014by reading the blog, It could happen due to 3 main reaso... moregot this on your xperia sp? i'm not worried about handling the phone physicaly since when i use a phone it lasts for about 3-5 years to me, no physical damages. but to think that aluminum frame could just easily bend due to heating of it's own hardware and doesnt show any signs of burning on the plastic covering and also circuits inside the phone. so the aluminum frame isnt really aluminum?

It could happen due to 3 main reasons,
1- With using cover, phone is kept in back pocket of jeans
2-Due to heating of phone while playing HIGH resolution Games / video for long time
3-the frame is not build considering heating issue in future.
