ANDROID, 15 Apr 2014THANS ALOT.... for such huge opinion...:)....but 4.1.2 has ... morewell you are right during 4.1 version wifi issue like wifi range it is not strong enough on picking up signal, which is why i told you the 4.3 update has it's perks too. honestly i don't think you will be keepig this phone for 3-4 years specially if you will experience the slowness and lag. regarding with the battery even if it is non-removable in case that you think you battery may have damaged and needs replacement you can just easily walk in service centers and they'll be able to replace it for you.

Anonymous, 14 Apr 2014what is difrence between 3g and 4g lte...???3G is the third generation of mobile phone networks. It supports calls, texts, web browsing, email, apps, video streaming and file downloads when you don't have access to Wi-Fi or Wi-Fi hotspots. connection speed is faster than old 2G network. 4G is advanced mobile network it provides even faster internet connection speed.

ANDROID, 14 Apr 2014@ xperiasp™ .... i have come to know from your previous com... morewell for me SP is better than xperia L if you do not update to 4.3 and if you stay in stock android 4.1 although i should say the 4.3 update has it's advantages too and additional features like daydream mode and more games in playstore only available for 4.3 and up.

it seems ceasare has answered some advantages but just to clear it Xperia L has 1GB of ram and not 512mb, [ although the usable is only 840mb like in Xperia Sp ] also Xperia L has S4 chip, it is named S4 plus while SP has S4 pro chip.

in my opinion Xperia SP is better as it has better processing power and better GPU, bigger and better screen more ppi and has bravia engine which makes watching video experience better. it also has LTE for faster internet connectivity and as you said usb OTG. --regarding the lag free performance i would say Xperia L has it. i did not experience any lag on it even after the 4.2 update the phone is responsive and when you press on something it open up instantly without and lag, unlike on my xperia SP when i open camera i need to wait 3-4 seconds before it will open. BUT as i said before if you stay with 4.1 update on Xperia Sp you will have no problem with it, no lags at all.

so to sum it up: 1.) choose Xperia SP and do not update it to 4.3, if you will update it to 4.3 that is also fine as new features will be added but then you must take the risk of having a laggy phone. [ some people recommend to do factory reset this does work because the installed apps will be uninstalled and your phone will be snappy but once you install apps again then the phone will lag again ]. 2.) Xperia L is all in all a good phone eventhough it has lower specs i would say it is lag free and is very very fast compare to 4.3 updated SP. so if you choose Xperia L then you will have a good phone but you will loose bravia engine, LTE, USB OTG and screen quality.

ANDROID, 14 Apr 2014@ xperiasp™ .... i have come to know from your previous com... morehi, you should go for the xperia SP. Both Sp and L were released together, they like brothers. I have a friend that owns an Xperia L and I own an Xperia SP. we noticed that Xperia SP is better in terms of everything :
SP has bigger screen, better and crisp display
SP has better ram, 512 for Xperia L
SP has a better S4 chip than the Xperia L
SP can give you better battery life.
SP has adreno 320, same as xperia Z, Zr.
                  SP has mBravia Engine 2
SP has LTE or you can get the 3g version for cheaper

so, you should go. I too use my xperia SP, and to be honest, when i play asphalt, it lags ONLY in the start. but when you play it for a while, it doesn't lag anymore.

ANDROID, 14 Apr 2014i thing i should not buy this phone..... too much issues...... moreI have my XSP for about 6 months now and i dont have any bent frame or any other problems.
For all who say that XSP heats up that much, no1 said nothing before they posted the youtube link with the construction of XSP. Yes it heats up but is mildly. The last update improved much more the lagging issue but it still present. For all who are scared to buy, go buy the Samsung and experience the true TouchWiz lag. XSP still is a good mid range phone even though some ppl not even tested the phone and write.

ANDROID, 14 Apr 2014Thanks.... for your opinion .... Dude What you say about it... moreregarding the frame bent issue i've actually did take a look on it and i could say that it will required extreme heat and some force in order for the frame to be bent, the phone does heat up yes but not that much for it to be be bent like that, i would say a force was applied on the phone that is why it was bent.

you've got yourself some good phone back then so i think you may want to try the sony xperia ZR, in my country the price difference is not that much. ZR has the all the good specs that you can find in Xperia SP, and it is quadcore cause what i noticed is that you've used dual core and single core phones you may want to try quad core ZR it is amazingly fast and lag free.
anyways they are both made from plastic so the aluminun frame of SP shouldn't be that much of a advantage. but if you like the notification light strip of SP then you can choose SP. ---

to sum it up, Xperia Sp is a good phone best when you do not update to 4.3 due to lag. but there are better options if you would shell out few more bucks like the Xperia ZR.
