Everything in this phone is good and till date I ve no complaints
But worst part in it has front cam but doesn't support video calling

    Hey guys.I'm planning to buy XSP.But I heard there's a problem with Wifi.Can it be fixed(Without rooting).I use wifi (And i can't change settings on router ) daily.I really like this phone ,but it will be a useless brick without wifi.(I had to choose between XM2 and XSP).Any suggestions or advice guys???

          Well from the previous updates it doesn't look like sony is giving a good firmware update and also the kitkat updates haven't been great buddy!
          So with the update period ryt on the edge I doubt if I can c sony prove us all wrong with a super stable kitkat update and if thy don't I see this Thread flooding in with demands fr a Bug Fix :D

            3 month back I brought sony sp after updating software it making me made,
            1. while charging I unble to unlock d screen & while using internet also I'm facing d same problem
            2. while charging screen getting on and off automatically
            3. it frequently getting switch on and off automatically.
            pl. friend help me what I have to do to over come this problem.

Which one is better.Plz don't put t... moreXperia sp is better specifications wise, with a higher resolution display, faster chipset (sometimes some dual core chipsets are better than certain quad core ones), and a more powerful graphic chip (adreno 320 vs. adreno 305). Other than these things, if updates is what you want, then sp is yet to be confirmed for an update to android kitkat, while the kitkat update has just been released for the m2. Also, maybe, m2 might even get android L as its a 2014 phone, though i cannot guarantee that. But sp being an old phone has no chance of getting android L. Cameras of both phones are 8 MP but image quality is nothing more than average in both. Overall performance of sp is good enough, but heavy games like real racing 3 crash after playing for a while, in case you are into gaming. I don't know about the gaming performance of m2, but overall performance of m2 is also good.

By the way, the fact that the official update support period ends in october doesn't mean that sony won't care about the sp anymore. If sony does release a kitkat update for sp and if it does have some problems (lets hope it doesn't anyway) it is sony's responsibility to fix those issues even if the support period ends as they must ensure a user experience without any issues of lag and stuff. Hence, if sony is really working on the kitkat update, the won't cancel it simply because the update period ends in october.

                        And about CyanogenMod ROMs i agree its nightlies but are very stable cause I use em bro :)
                        And about your kitkat update thing is that! October is the end of update time for sp! And if sony does release kitkat fr now and if thy have bugs then the fix for t would tke sme mre tym and I guess thy don't have so mch tym as the update period ends ! But still if the phone does get the update I Just Hope that its stable and no ppl are hell disappointed that they sell off their sp phone ! :)

                                    people who have flashed their xsp with .207 firmware are so happy and reviewing the set positively with better RAM, battery backup and speed. If it's that good then why SONY is so mean to release it all over the world?? I don't want kitkat. I want stable and fast jellybean which is .207 as per the reviews.I can't download ftf file to flash my rom like i download firmware in installment basis in pcc. feeling very sad and helpless. :(

They say that rubbing cam lense by toothpaste gives very good result. Now u have the situation and u can try it.
                                        BTW when my lense gone scratched I ordered a lense from witrings.Com and replaced it by myself. That lense has good quality 3 months after replacement no single scratch yet. Watch YouTube video for sp camera lense replacement.
