You guys can think it should be updated all you like.... Fact is its an old phone so Sony no longer supports it meaning no updates. Also with the stagefright bug/flaw in Android it means the xperia T along with many other old androids is vulnerable to malware.

I think that the SONY XPERIA T should receive the update to Android lollipop having in mind Sony Xperia M2 which has received an update to Android lollipop does not have certain differences in specifications is my opinion that Sony should permit the update to Android lollipop on SONY XPERIA T

I have been using this phone for 2 years now and this is an awesome phone. Replaced the battery once & since then I had no issues at all with this phone. I love this phone very very much!

sony i am talking please you guys should try and come up with 4.4.4 update for xperia tx and t please . the 4.3 is killing us up ..make us proud of sony we love you guys and product ,,try and fix the bugs such as restarting and othe minor influenses that cause disturbasnce in the system . we believe in you guys .. make us proud.
we need a new update in the system to fix bugs . i was able to most of my friends to be come sony fans ,,, try to make us proud of your product once more ,,.

Here I am again reviewing this phone, and after saying that its superb, im here to take that back, I mean the phone is beautiful the screen is beautiful, the quality of the screen is beautiful, even the battery doesn't bother me at all,but I was fooled by the so proclaimed so called 13 mp camera, it's not even that close the 13 mp, it takes pretty good shots at night at home, or at night outside from a short distance,takes good pics of close objects with the focus mode, but taking a pic of a landscape or something, very disappointing, and when you zoom, even more disappointing, even when I took a picture of myself outside from around two feet away, my face was 100% unclear and washed out, I mean there are other phones with a 13 mp and the quality is much better, seriously even the image of the Samsung s6 is better than the one of the Xperia z3, lost faith in Sony, Never buying a Sony product again.

I have used Sony xperia LT30 but the phone hot when the data used and also switch 10 times per hour and insert sim/uim says what can i do...

I have a sony experia T for a couple of years. Phone was ok at the start but now it closes down for no reason. This can happen while you are on the phone or when it is in your pocket. The phone suddenly shuts down then restarts, this operation can take over a minute and can re happen two minutes later. As a result of this and the fact that there are other people with similar issues, I would not recommend this phone to anyone.

it's not good phone i have Xperia t it's doesn't have good battery backup.and also it's so hanging.. not good when i sell my Xperia t then I'll buy Micromax canvas knight awsm battery backup n and it's not slow phone

Have had my Xperia T for over 2 and a half years now.
In recent times I have had the phone getting quite hot, not something which occurred when first bought. I use an app CM Cleaner to reduce the heat by closing programmes\services. The Data option for accessing the internet can cause the heat to increase. Always had the H option when accessing internet through Data and only changes in poor coverage. I would suggest where only "E" is available perhaps there is a problem with the sim card and that the sim needs to be replaced.
I have found the phone can lag at times but once again this may be due to its age.
In general found it a very good phone. Battery does only last a day but I have either the Data or WIFI running all day. Facebook and games can reduce the battery quite quickly but the use of Stamina mode can help keep the phone charged longer. It does have occasional lagging these days.
A bug bearer is the splitting of the internal memory as the T has only 2GBs are available when first installing apps. If the full hard drive was left available as is in the Z3 then it would take alot more apps. The interface I find very easy to use and is quite easy on the eye. Sometimes (once again in the last few months) I have had issues with turning on the screen from sleep. I have to press the power button a number times but this could be the age of the unit.
All in all this phone has served me well. Definitely one of the best options at its time of release. Good clear screen, videos play very well on it, camera quite good though perhaps not as clear at times as an iPhone 4S. It has survived many a fall and has not scratched even with the screen protector off. I would like the speaker to be louder but thats the last a small inconvenience.

Xperia T is Crap Phone, If you update to Android 4.3 very bad idea... The phone is not working fine after the update, the battery leak... problem.. You do nothing with your phone and it's drain the battery.. not very good and if you use the phone.. like facebook for 10-15 min the battery drop to 30%... and the phone is very Hot... Scrap phone.. talk to SONY call repair in Dominican Repulic.... Very poor service.. take 4 month to check and repair the phone.. after that.. they change the battery.. but have new problem... when the open the phone the scrap the speaker.. I need to punch the phone to be able to start the speaker.. and I recall.. need to lost my phone again.. for ... months. piece of shi......t

very good and perfect cell phone runs high Hd quality games thanks to sony
high capacity and runs smoothly more than some quad-core smart phones
good storage and supports 62 gb of sd card .......
i love this perfect ..this phone is far more better than s3

Perfectly working mobile phone. Have it for almost 3 years. Worn without any protection and still in perfect shape without scratch. Battery lasts for one day. Works perfectly.

my xperia t use 2 have "H" ntwrk b4 dats wen i dnt subcribe but dat H make my sony hot and as i try 2 subcribe dat H is nt appear again it was only "E" and "G" i use 2 see even if i use other ntwrk dat H is nt nt coming again and my batt3 drain alot den i use 2 take my charger along in anywhr i go jst as wen am usin bb pls hw can i retain my H+ ntwrk bcs i cant browse wit E n G
